AGARTALA, Dec 4 (TIWN): 'Industrialization & Modernization can not be avoided because these are the aspects very important for development but that development must be sustainable development and eco-friendly', such has been stated by Deputy CM Jishnu Debbarman today in Pollution control board's programme.
He also stressed on the importance of eco-friendly tourism development which will be good for environment and also earn state's growth.
Jishnu Debbarman further stated example of national capital Delhi and how it lost its environmental balance in last 50 years. He mentioned, Tripura has greeneries already but to preserve it is the utmost priority of the Government.
