High vegetable prices in Tripura : Coriander Rs. 2,000 P/K, Chili Rs. 150 P/K

AGARTALA, Nov 16 (TIWN): Although Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb has claimed the increased vegetable prices reports are rumours and Tripura's vegetable prices are low than 2016's prices but the reality is totally different.
High vegetable prices have hit public lives in Tripura with Coriander price has gone to Rs. 2000 per kilo whereas chili price at Rs. 150.
Cauli flower prices are in between Rs. 120 to Rs. 150, lima beans at Rs. 200, bringle prices at Rs. 80, Pointed gorud Rs. 60, onion Rs. 70 to Rs. 80, tomato Rs. 60, potato Rs. 50 to Rs. 60
Other commodity prices are also at spike, which has put the normal lives under severe problems.
