AGARTALA, Oct 30 (TIWN): On a pathetic note a person died of electrocution on Friday morning. The heartbreaking incident occurred in Manurmukh Ramnagar under Bharat Chandra Nagar area.

Reportedly, the deceased identified as Balaram Debnath (38) went to a pond for bath in morning. The pond water was electrocuted since yesterday night as an electric bulb fell on the pond and the wire came in touch with the pond water. Unfortunately before anybody could notice it, the victim got electrocuted.

The family members called fire brigade and took him to hospital. There the on duty doctors declared him dead. This unfortunate incident left everyone in shock in their locality.
