AGARTALA, Oct 29 (TIWN): In mob sexual harassment case of folk singer, all the four accused persons have received bail. This has frustrated the public who were in voice against the hooligans. In the Case at Amtali PS 94-2020, total 4 accused persons have been arrested and produced before the court. The names of the accused persons are : Sanjit Barman, Ashim Majumder, Arijit Biswas, Utpal Dey. However, all the arrested persons have received interim bails. Public demanded all culprits arrests at the earliest. Criminal Sanjit Barman, S/O-Ramesh Barman had been arrested at first by Amtali police in mob sexual assault case of the woman singer. Then more 3 persons have been arrested.

They were arrested Under Section 354 (A), 354 (B), 34 IPC and now an IT Act has also been added for spreading the video.
