AGARTALA, Oct 19 (TIWN): On a miserable note, one old man's name excluded from Social Allowance's list because he's name was not included in BPL list. Whereas Tripura CM Biplab Deb always talks about how social allowances helping the poor people during his time despite of the APL or BPL category, such miserable incidents left everyone is shock.

The poor man who's fighting with the diseases that comes with this age and is not even capable enough to walk properly, now have to fight with another shock. The CDPO office circulated one notice for him stating that he is not eligible for this social allowance and hence he will not be getting any money under  his scheme from now.

The old man with misery in his eyes kept on waiting to meet the officials to find a solution for it. At such an age, such shocking  decisions by govt is not only snatching the only hope of living for people, but also leaving them to starve without food during this period of utter crisis situation.
