AGARTALA, Oct 11 (TIWN): The global Covid pandemic left it's worst effect on all the cultural and religious festivals across the world. Tripura's one of the biggest festival Durga Puja is only 11 days away and while talking to media Bharat Ratna club members described how things changed during this Covid crisis this year. Their theme is 'If you stay concious, I'll bring peace to you' .
While addressing media the club members said, "We are one of the famous Clubs who's name comes in top five list of great pandals. People across the State come to see our Puja. But this year due to Covid situation, we lost maximum if glory. We will organise the puja maintaining all the rules and norms that is provided by the government. All the necessary sanitization process and hygiene will be maintained during puja days. Last year our budget was around 25 lakhs. But this year it will be very less and we haven't decided yet."
