AGARTALA, Oct 6 (TIWN): The war between Biplab Deb Govt and Media continues in state Tripura for 31 months since BJP in power. The uncontrolled way of attacks, politically and in administrative levels have not only hit the democratic structure but it has indirectly affected public lives at a severe level as the voice of the people are attempted to be suppressed. At the beginning the attacks were on some selected media but the chronology hit the bases of all sections of neutral, responsible media houses. Apart from physical attacks on journalists, the BJP era in Tripura had shown drastic fall of media industry and Biplab Deb accompanied by his nasty Law Minister Ratanlal Nath successfully shutdown various media houses and many media are still existing. A very little section of Godi media are surviving for wealth, patronized by Biplab Deb, amid losing drastic public supports.

Renowned newspapers in state have continued their battles amid FIRs, NIA led direct and indirect attacks.
