AGARTALA, Oct 2 (TIWN): Birth Anniversary of the Great, Mahatma has been celebrated across the Tripura with significance on Friday. The Tripura Khadi & V.I. Board organised the celebration in TKVIB head office. NGO Purvodaya's General Secretary Niti Deb attended the program.

The celebration kicked off with giving floral tribute to the portrait of Gandhi. A small cultural function has been observed there.

Later as a part of the celebration, masks and  sanitizers has been distributed among the Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC) workers.
