AGARTALA, Oct 1 (TIWN): In a major relief for the common men, Tripura Govt has withdrawn the night curfew in State from today, that is October 1st. This night curfew was imposed for a long time to control COVID-19 in state. Tripura Govt also has withdrawn quarantine, testing for travelers. However, unlock 5 which was announced on yesterday by Central Govt has now said to be followed in state Tripura too.For re-opening of schools and coaching institutions, State/ UT governments have been given the flexibility to take a decision after 15th October 2020, in a graded manner, MHA states. Within the containment zones, strict perimeter control shall be maintained and only essential activities allowed, The Ministry of Home Affairs on Wednesday extended nationwide Covid-19 lockdown to 31 October, but released a set of fresh guidelines under its Unlock 5 plans to kickstart the economy with a bevy of additional relaxations.
These guidelines will be effective from 1 October till the end of the month. Most of the services including metro rail, gymnasiums, religious place, were already resumed in the fourth phase of the Unlock,
In this phase, the Unlock guidelines have much fewer restrictions though local administrations in some states are heavily relying on voluntary curfew, local lockdowns and restrictions on the Covid-19 containment zones,
