AGARTALA, Sep 30 (TIWN): Statewide violance, attacks on opposition party members, journalists are going on in a shameless manner under Biplab Deb's Govt in Tripura. Yet, the CM and other political personalities of BJP could not be seen condemning such heinous act. On another shocking note, one man was critically injured by a attack while he was returning home from GMP led rally.

The incident took place in Satchand block area. Reportedly, on Tuesday, CPI-M's indigenous wing Gana Mukti Parishad (GMP) organised a political curriculum and rally in Satchand area. The victim after attending the the program was returning home when he was been targeted by 25 miscreants allegedly from BJP. The 25 goons attacked one single man and beaten him brutally and escaped from the place leaving him in road.

The local people immediately took him to hospital. He is under treatment now. GMP president Jiten Chowdhury met him in hospital and strongly condemned this act.
