AGARTALA, Sep 29 (TIWN): PM Modi's so called Acchee Din slogan could not help in commodity price management and fuel prices are going higher and higher. Although petrol prices differs District-wise in Tripura, but in South Tripura petrol price today recorded at Rs. 82.15 whereas in other subdivisions it's over Rs. 80 and Rs. 81. Currently, fuel rates vary in different parts of the country due to local taxes. Oil marketing companies Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum review the prices of petrol and diesel on a daily basis, and implement any changes with effect from 6 am. Today's diesel rates in Agartala and other places of Tripura are very sensitive to global crude prices, whereas the vehicle businessmen are resented over the hikes.
