AGARTALA, Sep 24 (TIWN): Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath on Thursday in a press conference said that schools will be opened from 5th October with 50% teachers. Students who are willing to come to school, can come to schools for any inquiry but the their guardian's written consent.
"The State Government has decided to open the schools from October 5. Other States have started earlier but we are starting from next months. But with few regulations like 50% teacher will come oneday and the other 50% teachers will come the next day. Thus it will work." Said Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath.
He further added,"We won't ask any student to come. But if the student is willing to come to school for reasons they can, but with his parents' written consent."
He also asked the school authorities to maintain proper sanitization in schools.
