AGARTALA, Sep 16 (TIWN): A video has been made viral in social media recently where a man was suffering and showing uneasiness in the COVID centre in GB hospital.

Today, holding a press conference in GB hospital, MP Pratima Bhowmik has said that this man is actually addicted in narcotics but in social media it has been claimed that he was suffering in lack of oxygen which is incorrect. She also informed that the patient is now stable and recovering. 

"You must have seen Doctors are in the hospital during his suffering and attending him. Thus, it can not be said that Doctors are not attending.  So, I request social media users not to spread rumours and to fact check before releasing anything in social media which is sensitive", said Pratima Bhowmik.
