AGARTALA, Sep 16 (TIWN): Condemning the increasing attacks on media, the Congress Party has commented on Wednesday that the level of attacks on media are highest in Tripura in compare to many other states.

Keeping the 12 hours strike ahead, the Congress party today held a press meet where this statement has been given. The party also has appreciated the media for the way it is working. 

"The way media houses are being attacked, journalists are attacked, such incidents are nowhere seen in this country. This type of fascist Govt and miscreants dominant Govt, Tripura never saw", said Subal Bhowmik.
