AGARTALA, Sep 13 (TIWN): Tripura High Court senior Advocate, State Congress President Pijush Biswas on Sunday has stated that as per Supreme Court's latest verdict on 10323 teachers cases, there is no obstacle for the Govt to appoint 10323 teachers in Group-C and Group-D posts.
The statement came from Pijush Biswas after he met demised 10323 Teacher Late Partha Majumder's family at Badharghat. Partha Majumder died of hearattack due to hyper tension as per family's statement.
Talking to media, Biswas said that such scenarios can not be tolerated, how the family is devastated. BJP Govt is very inhuman to the 10323 teachers led around 65 teachers to die.
He also mentioned in the upcoming strike of the Congress Party on September 21st, demand for 10323 teachers livelihood to also be a factor.
