UDAIPUR,November 28 (TIWN): People of Janmalia under Fulkumari Panchayat blocked Amarpur-Udaipur road for more one hour demanding to provide regular electricity supply drinking water and to set up an Anganwadi Centre at Banduar.

For the last few months the local people lodged complaints several times, but no steps were taken to sort out their problems. Today the people lost their patience and blocked the main road from 10am to 4pm. As a result of it many passengers, as well as vehicles stranded on both sides of the road . 

        During the office hours many school and college students and office  goers had to suffer a lot. After getting the message DCM Bhabesh CH Bhadra rushed to the spot and gave the local people verbal assurance to resolve these issues. Getting his assurance the agitated people withdrew the road blockade.
