AGARTALA, Sep 6 (TIWN): In a drive against anti-social elements, West Agartala Police have arrested 7 gamblers from Battala today.

Getting informed via Secret Sources, West Police went there and nabbed all of them. Money, calculators, mobile were recovered with them.

Addressing media OC-Jayanta Karmakar said, "Police are raiding various places regularly as a move against anti-social elements including gambling and illegal liquor business. Today at Battala's markets areas, we sent police and from there 7 persons were arrested".

Aroung Rs. 6,000 was also recovered with the gamblers.
