AGARTALA, Sep 4 (TIWN): In a frustrating situation, the moment after Tripura CM Biplab Deb assured the people of the state that no more problem will be erupted in GB hospital after his visit on Wednesday, this hospital has undergone total load-shedding for over 3 hours on Thursday evening. It has fully hit the health services of the state. Tripura’s most reputed Government Hospital and the dedicated Covid Care Centre if the State, was left without electricity for more than three long hours. The incident happened just after the day CM Biplab Kumar Deb visited the hospital. Security remained under massive threat due to the unexpected power cut and also safety of the patients and staffs under danger. Treatments, Medical Services have also been badly affected due to the power cut. GB hospital is also the COVID-19 main treatment centre of Tripura, specially for serious patients. Massive resentment had been erupted among the patient parties, staffs due to the deplorable situation of the hospital. This incident happened 1 day after CM Biplab Deb had visited the hospital. The reason of the power cut could not be known yet.

In his yesterday's visit CM Deb said to media that from now on patients of GB hospital would not have to face any problem as he talked with all the senior members of GB authority and solved the recent erupted problems.

However, on next day evening over 100 of Critical Covid Patients left without electricity at Power Cut in GB hospital took place and the concerned authority took more than three hours to fix it.
