AGARTALA, SEP 3 (TIWN): Agartala's GB hospital which is one of the most reputed Government Hospital and the dedicated Covid Care Centre if the State, was left without electricity for more than three long hours. The incident happened just after the day CM Biplab Kumar Deb visited the hospital.

Security remained under massive threat due to the unexpected power cut and also safety of the patients and staffs under danger. Treatments, Medical Services have also been badly affected due to the power cut. GB hospital is also the COVID-19 main treatment centre of Tripura, specially for serious patients. Massive resentment had been erupted among the patient parties, staffs due to the deplorable situation of the hospital. This incident happened 1 day after CM Biplab Deb had visited the hospital. The reason of the power cut could not be known yet.
