KAMALPUR, Nov 25 (TIWN): The United Bank of India, Kamalpur Branch turned into a den of sheer neglect to the consumers and authority’s reluctance to different consumer-related issues.

Hence, the Branch running its day to day business in its own way, no matter what happened to the consumers. In this regard, the ATM saga became a flaming instance of irresponsibility and reluctance.

For almost a year or more, the Branch rented a premise as ATM and kept it under lock and key without use. The ATM machine was installed in the bank premise and provided the chance to the consumers during the bank hours. When this matter was brought out in media, the authority assured to solve the problem. But still the scenario remained the same and the Bank paying the rent for the unused premise every month. Would the higher-up authority awake from slumber is to be seen.
