AGARTALA, Aug 10 (TIWN): Another "amusing" statement from Tripura Law Minister Ratanlal Nath came today when he said that road blockade is a negative protest and blood donation camp is a type of positive protest. The Minister said so while attending in a blood donation camp of the 10323 teachers' association, revealing Govt's fear and insecurity on democratic protests.
The statement however, failed to explain his and his parties roles when he was in opposition before 2018 Election and why BJP had blocked the then Chief Minister's official residence and its ally IPFT blocked National Highway for 11 days with a separate state’s demand. The same Minister earlier as opposition leader attended Govt employees' hunger strike which continued for 7 days 2017.

The Minister talking about 10323 teachers’ issue, said that the other teachers went to the Supreme Court but if they had not go, it would be better for the case where Tripura Govt did not win totally at 2 points.
“We have tried and I think, State Govt has done its best. In whole India, no State Govt could submit such an affidavit. Few people are trying to catch fish in muddy-water and on the one side, they are vexing the former teachers and on the other side, they are making the unemployed job aspirants angry talking about their probable deprivation in those Group-C and Group-D posts”, said Ratanlal Nath.
