BISHALGARH, Aug 4 (TIWN): In the 8 years old minor girl’s rape incident, Sajal Bhowmik has been arrested by Police. Family of the victim has sought justice and heavy punishment of the rape accused under the law. This incident has created turmoil in Bishalgarh, erupting mass resentment. When the brutal gang-rape case of 17-year-old minor girl of Teliamura still burning the whole state, another rape case of a minor girl lodged on Sunday. This vicious incident happened in K.K. Nagar area under Bishalgarh PS. Talking to media, victim’s mother has sought justice, expressing anger against the rape accused. She also mentioned about her and her daughter’s shocked mental situations.

Reportedly, on Saturday afternoon a 52 year old man allegedly raped his 8-year-old neighbour. The accused is identified as Sajal Bhowmik. When the girl was playing around her house the accused whom she use to call grandfather, took her to his room and allegedly raped her.

The girl did not say anything to her parents on that day, out of fear. Later on Sunday when her body started painting, she told everything to her mother. The parents immediately filed one FIR against Sajal Bhowmik.

Bishalgarh Women PS's OC arrested the accused. The victim is under treatment in Bishalgarh Subdivisional hospital now.
