AGARTALA, July 25 (TIWN): One COVID-19 patient named Tapan Debbarma was injured severely after he slipped on wet floor at the Hapania COVID-19 Care Centre.
The patients alleged that no Doctor was coming to check the injured patient first of all. Later, anyhow a bandage was done but the patient ought to be sent for CT scan.
After protests, SDPO Anirban Das rushed to the spot and controlled the situation. The patient was sent for better treatment in other hospital.
On yesterday, Tripura Doctors had demanded a dedicated COVID-19 care centre so that such problems do not occur.
