AGARTALA, July 21 (TIWN): Electric Dept’s negligence has killed two animals in a single day in Agartala.

After a dog died when electric wire fell on it at Surja Chowmuhani, another animal was victimized after it contacted with a transformer and died in electric shock.

This incident took place before Police Headquarter in Agartala, erupted mass resentment.

Local people have blamed the electric dept for extreme negligence as instead of cattle, it could be a human meet the accident.

The road goers said that the electric dept could have covered the transformer properly. This is highly risky.
