AGARTALA, July 16 (TIWN): Tripura's COVID-19 fourth and fifth deceased were cremated last night.

Their last rites were done at Battala crematorium ground. Family members attended the funeral by seeing them from far for the last time, but they did not go close to the dead body.

The deceased persons are : Bakul Debnath (72), W/O-Sachindra Debnath from Bir Chandra Manu, South Tripura and another is Mangalia Debbarma (63), S/O-Golakanda Debbarma, resident of Santir Bazar, South Tripura.

Total 5 persons have died from COVID-19 in Tripura till now.
