AGARTALA, July 18 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Saturday while addressing in accreditation card distribution programme said that the promised HIRA of Narendra Modi is already done in Tripura whereas now Tripura under Hira-Plus mode.

“This is the difference between the new thinking and the old thinking. Politics and Development are not same. PM Modi promised HIRA and before 3 years, I have given a HIRA to Tripura”, said CM.

“H for Highways, I for I-Ways, R for Railways and A for Airways all developed”, said CM amid pathetic condition of roadways across Tripura due to lack of maintenance.

Highest funding for national highways was mentioned by the CM, although his own party MLA has clearly exposed it as a big scam depriving PWD.

He mentioned, Railways have developed under Modi era and more connectivity  will happen.

Left Govt’s Feni river project, which was the then PWD Minister's Badal Choudhury’s special project for his local area in Southern Tripura, CM said, it’s unique under Modi Govt.
