AGARTALA, July 3 (TIWN): Reacting over the 5th July Lockdown in Tripura, State CPI-M has called it meaningless.

CPI-M State Secretary has asked the Govt, what is the scientific validity of it ?

“This is not your Kingdom. It’s democracy ! Whatever you want, you should not do. Even the Prime Minister suddenly called Lockdown causing panic for the pubic without preparedness”, he said.

“After whole week, 5th July will be Sunday and people need to buy necessary things. What does the CM want to do by locking down the state ? No country has taken such unscientific decision”, said the CPI-M State Secretary.
