AGARTALA, June 30 (TIWN): Education Minister Ratanlal Nath on Tuesday has embarrassed a journalist in Secretariat with banking GK related question about Tripura, when the Minister was asked about employment generation status categorically in rural and urban divisions. When the journalist in reply of Minister's question said that he does not have idea about what the Minister is asking, Minister Ratanlal Nath said, how come a journalist does not know about such things, when world is seeing revolution in the field and specially when journalism has turned ‘Investigative’ one. However, with all these chaos, Minister Ratanlal Nath did not answer the main question which was asked by the journalist on employment. He added some data without subtitle that CPI-M has committed a major sin by doing a wrong thing in 1948 but due to pending decision in cabinet he would not say anything about that. However, in 1948, Tripura was not added with independent India also, but from which angle and what context the Minister said this and connected it with CPI-M, it is beyond idea.
BJP before 2018 Assembly Election had promised to give 50,000 Govt jobs in first 1-year but ended by thousand of jobs only.
