AGARTALA, June 28 (TIWN): With the maximum petrol price hikes, Amra Bangali party has staged a protest in Agartala on Sunday.

The agitators of the regional party raised question on Modi Govt’s Acche Din promise which said, if BJP comes to power then fuel prices will be downed.

They also raised question, how in lockdown period when the whole country is suffering due to economic crisis, such decisions can be taken by a Govt to cut common men’s pockets?

Fuel prices continue to rise every nationally, affecting Tripura too badly. Petrol prices in Agartala have been turning more volatile, as prices of crude oil have been showing a firm trend. Today’s petrol price in Agartala Rs. 80.41 (28th June 2020).
