AGARTALA, June 20 (TIWN): The CPI has staged protest over increased fuel price hike in Tripura and across the nation.
In Agartala, a massive protest with social distancing was staged by the CPI party. The agitators demanded a control over the increasing fuel prices.
Petrol prices in Agartala have been turning more volatile, as prices of crude oil have been showing a firm trend. Today’s petrol price in Agartala ₹ 78.93 (20th June 2020) and in some other places it’s already above Rs. 79. Petrol and diesel prices were increased across metros on Saturday, marking the fourteenth straight day of hike.
