MELAGHAR, June 20 (TIWN): In a police, public clash, total 35 rounds of firing was done at Melaghar on Thursday centering Ganja seizure.

Reportedly, police led by Addl SP Jutisman Das Choudhury seized 240 kg of ganja along with a Bolero car.

Then miscreants held severe attacks at the police. Later Sonamura police rushed to the spot to save them.

FIR has been lodged against 3 identified miscreants : Sunil Tripura, Chandra Manik Tripura, Biswa Kumar Tripura.
