AGARTALA, June 19 (TIWN): Kumarghart- Kailasahar's main road is in disrepair condition. Minor to moderate accidents became a common issue on this road. Locals complained many times to the PW Department but nothing has happened.
The bypass road between Kailashahar Kumarghat main Road and Ram Kamal area of Kailashahar, Fatikaray in Kailashahar Gournagar block of Unkoti district has become dilapidated. The locals have repeatedly complained to the local administration and the PW Department but nothing has been done. The villagers have complained that this is the only way to reach Kailashahar but every day they have to face minor to moderate accidents. Even it is difficult to walk on foot. It is also difficult to pass small to medium-sized vehicles through this road, but due to the moving of large trucks and dumpers the road turned into a huge aperture.
The dilapidated condition of this road causes minor to moderate accidents every day. So, the locals are demanding that the road be repaired very soon and if the road is not repaired immediately, the communication may be cut off.
