Teliamura Police official VJ Reddy informed that a case had been lodged on East Agartala PS about kidnap of a 17 year old girl on 12th June, case no 43/2020, under 363/109/34 IPC . When information came to Teliamura police from a secret source, police rushed to the place and rescued the girl. A similar case  had been registered in Teliamura PS also that police have rescued on 16th June.

It also came to know that, on 4th June a case had been registered in Teliamura PS of kidnapping a minor girl. Police had the information of the girl kept in a place of Assam. Walking on that path, police rescued the girl successfully. Though any of the accused is not arrested yet.

Teliamura PS OC Swapan Debbarma informed that they are trying every possible way to arrest the miscreants.
