BELONIA (South Tripura), June 14 (TIWN): According to Law Minister Ratanlal Nath, numbers of blood donation camps have increased in state under BJP Govt. However it is not sure how many blood donation camps have increased under BJP era but the ruling BJP has nodoubtedly topped in bleeding of people. In such an incident in South Sonaichari of Belonia a blood donation camp was organized by CPI-M’s students and youth wings but all of a sudden a group of BJP miscreants held attacks on CPI-M’s blood donation camp, left injured many. Youth leader Sudip Sen was injured in the brutal attack and his car was detained at Sonaichari market. His son Pulak Sen (22) was also injured in this severe attack. Total 4 persons were taken to hospital. In the brutal attack, also the people who came to donate blood were also injured.

They also detained the blood bank vehicle.  Stone pelting was done which had created further critical situations. 

A woman, child and a Forest Official Sangam Baidya were also injured in this incident.

This is not first time, but earlier also CPI-M’s blood donation camps were attacked amid COVID-19 pandemic. 

Pulak Sen and Sudip Sen were referred to Gomati Dist hospital from Belonia hospital. 

A little girl died in blood crisis recently but after so many incidents, the attacks on blood donation camps have not decreased.
