CPI-M demands Rs. 7,500 monthly, Free Ration to poor for next 6 months

AGARTALA, June 8 (TIWN): Tafashili Jati Samannoy Samiti (SC cell of CPI-M) has staged protest over ongoing crisis situations which are being faced by the working class people.
The unit has demanded free rations 6 months to the workless people along with financial help of Rs. 7,500.
Monthly – 12 days works have also been demanded for the MGNREGA and TUEP card holder persons.
While talking to media, CPI-M MLA Sudhan Das has said that Govt must think over the stranded people in other states, slamming the Govt for its failure to benefit the stranded people financially.
