AGARTALA, June 7 (TIWN): Chief Minsiter Biplab Deb on Sunday had visited Bishalgarh Martyr Bijoy Debbarma’s village and home, met family members.

Chief Minister has announced Rs. 5 lakhs for Bijoy Debbarma’s family and said that apart from CM relief fund, the Indian Army to help the family further.

Deb assured the family also for moral support, saying, the local MLA will continue regular visits to late Bijoy Debbarma’s home.

Bijoy Debbarma sacrificed life for nation at the Indo-China border, after ice-sliding martyred him when he was on-duty.
