AGARTALA, June 5 (TIWN): Manik Gope was arrested in charge of murdering wife Ratna Gope by Amtali police.

Talking to media, OC-Sidhhartha Kar said that on 1st June this incident took place and the husband remained absconding from then.

“Police rushed to the spot including me and SDPO. We started investigation immediately. Both husband and wife were fighting from the morning of the murder incident. We have now arrested the accused husband and to be produced before the Court”, said the OC.
