Addressing media at Congress State Headquarter, Pijush Biswas said, “There are 2 big scams going on- one is the quarantine centre and another is with the stranded people, but not even 1% people have received the moneys from State Govt. This proves the GHOTALA”.

He also alleged,"After request thousands of rupees to be given to the stranded people stuck outside the state, not even 1% of them have received the money from state government. This proves the GHOTALA." 

Accusing the BJP led government he claimed that no proper care of the patients is taken in the quarantine centers, whereas a huge amount of money has been donated in CM Relief Fund. Patients are suffering massively there for the lack of proper food, water and electricity. He even claimed that for the negligence of government Tripura's Covid-19 count is multiplying everyday.
