AGARTALA, June 1 (TIWN): After DYFI, SFI members were beaten on yesterday and taken to IGM hospital, instead of taking action against the culprits, police remained silent, but this incident has taken another turn after a woman from BJP party accused DYFI, SFI members for assaulting her in that place.

At first BJP denied the allegation but soon a new angle came up saying, CPI-M youths have assaulted a woman there who is member of SMC committee of the school.

But basic question remains here, what was BJP woman doing in CPI-M’s blood donation camp ? And also, who is BJP to ask anyone about any programme, when police were present on spot ? If she is member of the school, she must had ask the police, but it was also fact that at least 25 BJP members jointly held attacks on the DYFI, SFI activists.

Under BJP however, such things are not new. CPI-M staged a protest today allegation, the case was planned and fabricated to arrest CPI-M activists.
