AGARTALA, May 27 (TIWN): Across the capital city Agartala, big sized, old trees were seen fallen, uprooted on Wednesday followed by incessant raining and stormy weathers here.
Public movement was heavily disrupted, affecting the office hours. Long journey travellers faced hardest challenges due to the odd weather.

This continuous rain in Northeast, which already flooded neighboring Assam, to hit for 5 days, IMD predicted.
Electrical dept officials are working in maintenance in various parts of the state to restore electricity.
In neighboring state Assam over 2 lakhs of people have already been affected in flood.
