Forest Department and Pawsome NGO joint handedly recovered illegally kept birds from Krishnanagar

AGARTALA, May 23 (TIWN) : Pawsome NGO with the help of Forest department rescued different breeds of birds who were been illegally kept at Krishnanagar on Saturday.
The raid was held in a shop near TVS showroom of Krishnanagar by getting information from a secret source. A complaint has been registered against the boy who kept the birds illegally. The general secretary of Pawsome, Wrighbed Dutta told media that they had the information about this illegally keeping birds from quite a time before, they were trying to catch this boy red handedly. After getting the information they call the forest department and rushed to the spot immediately.
He kept various species of birds without license and continued the illegal selling of them.
Forest dept officials have taken him and the birds along with them. The whole drive was initiatived by Pawsome NGO with the help of Forest dept.
