AGARTALA, May 22 (TIWN): Case registered in local police station of Jolaibari against BJP leader Subhasish Acharjee for deceiving people and attacking an old man.

Complaint was lodged that, in the name of giving job Subhasish Acharjee took money from resident of Jolaibari Hospital Chowmuhni, Gopal Sen. After many days passed when he understood he's being cheated and asked his money back , Subhasish Acharjee attacked him in the market, harassed him physically. 

Thereafter Gopal Sen registered a complaint against him. However what actions are been taken by police is yet unknown.

Under BJP regime goons are reportedly attacking on people under the days light yet proper actions are not been taken by police and common people are living in fear.
