Public still reluctant to wear masks in Tripura

AGARTALA, May 16 (TIWN): Administrative drive against COVID-19 Lockdown violators continues in state Tripura. Expressing resentment, an official said that even after we are massively fining the public, they are too reluctant to wear masks, although Govt has made masks mandatory.
On Saturday also, officials visited various parts of the city, market areas and those who found without masks were punished with fines.
Masks were also given to the unmasked people, making them aware to wear masks. Masks were made mandatory for Tripura along with the whole country due to Coronavirus outbreak.
