AGARTALA, May 13 (TIWN): 2 teachers among 10323, were arrested by Police here today.

The former teachers said that there was case earlier registered against 10323 teachers association and in this purpose they wanted to meet the DGP and if DGP does not meet them today, they would request the police to give an appointment, but before listening anything, police have arrested them.

Police alleged, these former teachers were violating laws but how the teachers were violating rules when they were only 2 in numbers, it could not be known. 

The former teachers came to meet DGP as there was a case lodged against Bimal Saha, their leader and few others after the former teachers staged protests
