AGARTALA, May 10 (TIWN): Murderer of wife, Gautam Cakraborty was arrested after he killed his wife on Friday night, remained absconding.

Police have traced him from Agartala and to be produced before the court.

The 42 years old woman Anima Chakarborty was killed brutally by her husband in Milan Chakra area.

Anima Chakraborty, an employee of Railway cleaning Dept was murdered by her husband Gautam Chakraborty.

The family members alleged that her husband used to torture her always and blamed her on baseless grounds.

Gautam Chakraborty had killed his wife with “Da”, a sharp weapon used to cut vegetables and non-veg raw food items in home.
