AGARTALA, April 23 (TIWN): Purvaudaya NGO led by General Secretary Niti Deb, wife of Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb distributed relief goods among 350 families in the presence of local MLA Kalyani Roy at Teliamura.

The distribution programme took place at Maharanipur village under Laxmipur-Gram panchayet,Teliamura.  Social distances were being maintained during the distribution programme.

Addressing media there, Niti Deb said, “The way people of Tripura have showered humanity in this crisis situations, I am overwhelmed. Administration is working in its direction and the people, organizations are working in their own directions. Everyone is helping each-other”.

Purvaudaya NGO is also distributing two times meals among the needy people and interestingly, every evening Niti Deb herself is cooking in her home kitchen to supply the foods to the needed people. Purvaudaya already gained statewide appreciation for generosity and social service during COVID19 lockdown.
