AGARTALA, April 22 (TIWN): Many rickshaw drivers on Tuesday in groups came out of houses to ride rickshaw in the capital city Agartala giving tough times to police.
As a result, Police strived to send back people in home with gathering increasing.
Police, traffic police continue mass awareness against rumours spread on lockdown lifting. But on Tuesday public gathering was witnessed in some markets and rickshaw drivers came out alleging economic problems, which gave a tough time to the Police.
After Chief Minister Biplab Deb announced about lockdown continuation from May 3rd, today also day-wide police continue announcement on lockdown continuation.
Police led announcement is going on saying, lockdown has not been withdrawn but it will be continuing strictly till May 3rd.
Only in case of few industrial sectors, relaxations were given, which has nothing to do with the mainstream of life. Thus, people have been told to stay home and not to come out of home.
