AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, April 20 (TIWN): Amid COVID19 pandemic lockdown, over 2,000 people who are stuck in other states have received calls from Govt of Tripura.

State Govt has kept on estimated budget of around Rs. 3.88 crores and already payments as per needs have been started.

The officials called the stuck people in other states, told them to hold patience as this is the first ever global crisis erupted in such a massive manner.

Via online system, the persons are getting payments from State Govt. Before payments, police are reportedly checking the location of those persons.
