AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, April 19 (TIWN): Due to COVID19 pandemic, Govt of Tripura announced Rs. 1000, 3 months free ratioing for the migrant workers who are now stuck in Tripura.
In SDM Agartala, Ashim Saha’s presence, the distribution programmes had taken place here. In other subdivisions also same process took place.

Tripura Govt also has kept estimated budget of Rs. 3.88 crores for the Tripura people stuck in other states.
Rs. 1000 is being given to Jhumias, Rs. 2000 to flower businessmen and free rations to all BPL, Antodoya, priority groups along with same financial benefits.
