AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, April 16 (TIWN): Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Debbarma on Thursday has congratulated the photojournalists for working amid COVID19 pandemic on field.

Addressing media, the Deputy CM called the Photojournalists as the Front Line Warriors as they are actually working on ground to deliver news to people in time to keep them updated.

Jishnu Debbarma was addressing in a medical kits distribution programme called in a Joint Effort by Marchant Association, Indo-Bangla Chamber of Commerce & Industry, FICCI.

“It is also important that people are updated with news in time as all are tensed about the situation due to the global pandemic. The journalists are working in deep rural areas also and day night they are serving the people”, he added.
